Roving Substitutes are permitted in the S.G.V.D.A, provided the player has
a valid S.G.V.D.A.
membership card and is not a member of another team.
Using an S.G.V.D.A. member who does not have a current membership card, as a substitute, costs a team $5.00 for one night of play
Temporary (Warm body) substitutes may be used and also cost $5.00 per night
